Starting in mid-July 2022, the WULF 7 served as an assistance tug in the English Channel for over two months, supporting the cable-laying vessel "CS Responder." The charter was with the American company Transoceanic Cable Ship Company LLC. While "CS Responder" laid two cables from mainland Europe to the United Kingdom, WULF 7 ensured that the cable layer could maintain its position and lay the cable precisely, even in challenging currents and adverse weather conditions.
